I am a full time student in the University Of Texas In El Paso. I'm aiming to be an occupational therapist. I enjoy to play soccer and I'm in the soccer team at UTEP. The reason why I want to be an occupational therapist is not to help people, anybody can help people. For example if your a waiter your helping people take their orders, point is that anybody can help people, but i want to make a difference in someones life.
Being an occupational therapist allows me to change someones life for the better. A lot of people confuse the work of an occupational therapist with the one of a physical therapist. The difference is that a physical therapist helps you use your muscles or whatever part of your body you injured, and an occupational therapist helps you get back to your old lifestyle, they assist you on being an everyday citizen despite your disability. .
